Department of Corporation Management is mainly responsible for establishing and perfecting the corporation's rules and regulations, formulating the middle and long-term development strategy and development plan of the corporation; organizing the departments and subsidiary companies to sign annual performance appraisal responsibility agreements, and responsible for organizing relevant departments to supervise, review and examine the implementation of respective performance responsibility; responsible for the company's operation, investment, property right registration management,  management of working staff and members in foreign countries, day-to-day legal affairs and regulation on trade affairs.
