Corporation Party Committee Office of the Corporation Party Committee, serving as a work and communication hub for the party committee, shoulders the important operational functions including participation in government relations, handling affairs, and providing services.

The main tasks includeimplementing the party's line, principles and policies and the resolution of the higher party organizations and party committees, organizing party members to study Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, Important Thought of "Three Represents", the  Scientific Outlook of Development, and the party's line, principles and policies, as well as knowledge on science, culture, laws and regulations, business, guiding subordinate party branches to do a good job of party construction and the party members' recruitment, giving full play to the role of party organizations as powerful force and party members as pioneering models; supervising and urging the party members’ compliance with "the Party Constitution" and the party's discipline, and carrying out party building work research, recognition and  recommendations on party building, assisting the staff with the ideological and political work.
