Department of Finance is mainly responsible for the corporation's accounting work; organizing financial budget and final accounts work; preparation of various financial statements, and analysis and evaluation for the economic activities on a regular basis; formulating management measures for the administration of the accounting computerization and on-line bank accounts to make sure that the accounting information of corporation and subsidiary companies are true, accurate and complete, and safe and normal operation of on-line bank accounts; and responsible for the fund-raising, transfers and financing, formulating funds management measures, and controlling the reasonable use of capital.
